How I can help

From audits and analytics to ongoing consulting, I help businesses make smarter decisions about their website.

01 · Website review

Website audits. Whatever you're running.

Prioritised report, across any platform that runs most of the mid-to-large UK web.

What’s included

  • A clear picture of your site's speed and performance.
  • A check on how easily it's found in search.
  • A review of how your content is structured.
  • A platform-specific health check — any CMS.
  • A summary for leaders, plus a full version for the team.
Deliverable
A clear, prioritised report and a PowerPoint presentation your team can actually use.
Timeline
2–3 weeks
Best for
Any business that suspects their website isn't performing as well as it should — but isn't sure exactly where the problem lies.
02 · Measurement

Analytics & KPI frameworks

More data than you know what to do with, but still can't answer: is it actually working? I'll help you figure out what to measure and make sure the right things are being tracked.

What’s included

  • A conversation to understand what your business actually needs to know.
  • A simple set of metrics that tell you whether things are going well or not, no jargon.
  • Tracking set up properly in the right tool for you. GA4 if it fits, but there are solid privacy-friendly alternatives that don't need a cookie banner.
  • Clear instructions so your developer knows exactly what to do.
  • A plan for keeping everything accurate over time.
Deliverable
Measurement framework document, tagging plan, and implementation guide. Plus a handover workshop so nothing gets lost in translation.
Timeline
2–3 weeks
Best for
Any team that's swimming in data but still can't answer the question: is it working?
03 · Reporting

Custom analytics dashboards

A dashboard nobody opens is just a very expensive spreadsheet. Built around decisions, not data dumps.

What’s included

  • Up front: what decision does each panel help someone make, and who?
  • Clean visual hierarchy, one primary KPI per panel, with the right context around it.
  • GA4, Looker Studio, or custom depending on your data sources and audience. Privacy-friendly tools like Plausible or Fathom work here too.
  • Versioned, documented, and handed over properly. Not a black box.
  • Access and sharing set up for your team, not the tool's defaults.
Deliverable
Working dashboard or dashboards, supporting documentation, and a handover session.
Timeline
1–2 weeks
Best for
Teams who've got the data but not the right view on it.
04 · Expert advice

Web consulting

Someone who knows the web, available when you need them. Whether that's ongoing support or help with something specific.

What’s included

  • Help with the things that come up: migrations, pre-launch reviews, SEO fixes, or sense-checking a redesign.
  • Straightforward advice. If the honest answer is "don't change anything", that's what you'll get.
Deliverable
Depends on what you need. Usually a clear write-up of recommendations and a call to talk it through.

Best for
Teams without a dedicated webmaster in-house, or ones that just want a second set of eyes.
